Load number # 1226149. AZ to CA. Thomas Laughlin was the responsible broker on this load, very good customer service given answered every phone call. Had a few hiccups initially but got through this load smoothly because of COMMUNICATION.... However, what I think could be addressed is the loading and unloading processing time frame and what it entails and communicating this to the carrier allowing for transparency and a smoother transition...
