We are visiting rehabilitation facilities for my mom’s impending hospital discharge. We showed up without an appointment and the staff were super welcoming and friendly. They told us that there were some other people arriving for a scheduled tour, but they would be happy to do a group tour that included us. Hope was very informative and set aside time at the end of the tour to answer any of our personalized questions. I would feel very safe placing my mom there for short term care.
They need to be monitored more closely because the ratio to patients care may be one problem along with just not being nice and gentle in handling elderly patients.
They are rude, they don’t use hand sanitizer or gloves. Calling the health department.
