Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment with Evelin the owner of this establishment approximately 2-3 weeks in advance which is plenty of time to make arrangements to assist me with my services but come the day before my appointment she was unavailable "out of the office"... with 2-3 weeks of notice that I would be there. I come to the office anyway and speak with Kathrine who tells me to email information to Evelin so that she can take care of me. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by this business. My employer and I specifically requested that certain reports be withheld from filing, as they needed to be merged due to a transition in accounting services. Unfortunately, our request was not adhered to, despite it being made at the owner's instruction. Additionally, we were informed that a fee of $250 would be required for the reports we requested not to be processed, and we were denied access to all copies until this payment was made.... read more
