I have been trying to get a refund from these for over a month. No one answering emails. I called and was told I would receive my refund... that was 2 weeks ago!
Ordered a plus size costume for an event. Arrived on time and sizing is good, great quality costume at a reasonable price. So nice to find something that fits! Thank you.
Thought I would take a chance and shop at an independent retailer. Oh how wrong I was... Size 24 dress was more like a size 14. I returned my parcel a week before Halloween (roughly) and despite numerous attempts to make contact for a refund, I am still waiting!!!! Not usually one for leaving a bad review but don't make the same mistake I did and purchase from here...
