Went in to get hat stiffener was told they did not carry it Went to the shelf and pointed it out she said they only give it to customers who have their hat cleaned Never once ask me if I wanted that service I also informed her they have it on their website and listed 14.99 She informed me they do not sell to the public I knew what she meant so I sent my neighbor to get it no problem SMH!!!!
Amazing store!!! Was in search for a new cowboy hat and Daniela was super sweet and patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for she's great also cleaned my hat for me ! Will definitely be coming back!
