Larchwood Care and Westpark Commons doesn't work like other assisted living facilities I've experienced before. The director Lisa generally cares about the residents and will go above & beyond what I've ever seen anybody in her position do before. She's such a kind, understanding, loving and empathetic person. Larchwood Care has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were always kept informed, included, and reassured about our loved one’s care and wellbeing.
Recently visited this community that had mixed reviews. I was impressed during my visit as the receptionist and assistant director took me on a tour and I found this community very warm and inviting. Many staff seemed to address the residents like family!
The only 5 star vent facility I know. High acuity and high ratings on CMS doesn’t always go together. Great staff!
The staff at Larchwood is amazing; very caring and competent. They care for every resident as if they were family. Definitely a five star facility.
