My Daughter has been going here for thr last year and half, the teachers are amazing and the Asst Director..Who im my opinion needs to be made the Director Jade is such a sweet and caring person and does an amaizng job!
This is going to be a long review but I will include everything I was looking for as a first time mother, a first time daycare user, and now a daycare and Pre K mom. The (assistant) director Ms Jade is REMARKABLE. I can not say enough good things about her. She works herself to the absolute bone to make sure that the students have a great day everyday. My Daughter's have really enjoyed going to KinderCare. The staff is wonderful, always friendly.
I would not recommend this daycare based on our family’s experience. My child was asked to leave after an incident with another child while they were not being adequately supervised. Instead of working with us on strategies or providing support, the daycare chose to remove my child, which felt like placing blame rather than taking responsibility for proper supervision. Zero stars if i could! Trifling!! if you care about your kids keep them away! The director acts so lost when problems come about a director from tubi if you ask me! this is the worst center i ever came into contact with THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR WORSE!!! please don’t respond to this acting oblivious yall know what yall did! YALL DONNOT SUPERVISE THE KIDS IN THAT CENTER POINT BLANK PERIOD !
