We moved in on Oct 2024 and thus far it’s not been too great!! The rain comes through breezeway and lands right in front of our door! We have gotten a squeeshy to get rid of all the standing water. This is a 55+ community and they can’t figure out a way to help us with this problem! My husband is 73 and doesn’t work for this place but everytime it rains he’s the one having to deal with this so we can just come out our front door!
