Lara helped my daughter determine why and how my daughter's knee cap popped out of place. Once we understood, Lara lead J through a series of small movements to correct the problem. Connections to the brain were made and daughter's posture corrected, as well as her ability to sense herself in space. Highly recommend. You have to experience it to understand, IME.
