Only person who seemed to know what they were doing was the security person at the front. Nice older gentleman. Everybody else kept sending me elsewhere because they didn't know what they were doing. Also that area of town with all the 1 ways and private parking everywhere... Horrible.

I own several vehicles and visit registration 4 times a year. Helpful recommendation is if Linda calls you to her counter, move to the back of the line and let someone else deal with her. She is rude, abrasive and generally unhelpful. While I know the county can't generally terminate an employee, she should be removed from the customer facing position! Every time I get her, she tells me I don't have my documents in order. I can come back the next day and get anyone else, with the "new" documents, and am always told that the ... read more
