I come from a family of therapists. My mom was one of the best. I’ve been in therapy throughout my life. I’ve seen many different therapist’s from Jersey to California. My mom found Lara Donahue after I experienced a pretty horrifying divorce. Lara is the absolute best therapist I have ever had. I have referred many to her. I have been working with Lara for seven years and she has absolutely changed my life! She is so easy to talk to and has helped me grow into the women I am today. She takes the time to really get to know you and gives the best advice. I always feel like I’m in my safe space when I am with her.
