Lara was the absolute best. Our experience in the beginning was horrible (with another bank NOT with SWBC) and we had almost lost faith. Then we got connected with Lara and she not only got us to closing quickly, but she actually communicated with us the whole way through and walked us through every step of the process. She turned a bad experience into a wonderful one! We are now the proud owners of our dream home and all my thanks go to her. If we ever decide to buy a home again, Lara will be my go to.
