Recently attended the Deviná Winter Retreat. Avá and Miles struck the perfect balance between explicit guidance and freedom. They facilitated what felt like infinite time and space to self inquire with the safetynet of their support and wisdom.
I recently returned from the Devinà Winter Retreat, hosted by the incredibly loving, caring and supportive Avá (& Miles). I'm struggling to find the right words to describe just how life-changing those three days were for me. It was the first time in my life that I truly felt present in my body and unconditionally embraced for exactly who I am. Thank you again, Avá. 🙏🏼 🪷

I've been very lucky to have found Avá. She's helped me connect with my inner strength and bring back so much joy and passion for life I didn't think I had in me anymore. I've also had the privilege of attending to one of the retreats organised by Avá recently. Such an amazing and unique experience, I'll never forget.

She finds a delicate balance between providing guidance and leaving enough space for exploration and discovery. I have experienced her online and recently travelled to work in person which was an amazing experience.
