I recently returned from the Devinà Winter Retreat, hosted by the incredibly loving, caring and supportive Avá (& Miles). I'm struggling to find the right words to describe just how life-changing those three days were for me. It was the first time in my life that I truly felt present in my body and unconditionally embraced for exactly who I am. Thank you again, Avá. 🙏🏼 🪷
The retreat was an experience that gifted me with tools to seek the abundance of love and divine within my own life.
I've been very lucky to have found Avá. She's helped me connect with my inner strength and bring back so much joy and passion for life I didn't think I had in me anymore. I've also had the privilege of attending to one of the retreats organised by Avá recently. Such an amazing and unique experience, I'll never forget.
Ava is a gifted and skilled therapist. She brings a gentle and clear authentic approach. She finds a delicate balance between providing guidance and leaving enough space for exploration and discovery. I have experienced her online and recently travelled to work in person which was an amazing experience. She creates a beautiful nurturing space and the surrounding land is a wonderful addition to the experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ava to those who are open to a creative approach.
5 stars really doesn't do Ava justice. With her loving guidance she has really helped me turn my life around. I can now see light and beauty where I couldn't before and have uncovered a new sense of self-confidence. I will be eternally grateful for what she has done for me. Can't recommend Ava highly enough.
