I hired Cecilia Perdigao of La Pierre Law office to handle the sale of our rental property. She was pleasant , funny, fast , knowledeable and efficient . We had one 30 minute visit with her, signed the necessary documents and never saw her again. On the day of the sale we received a package with all the relevant info plus a certified cheque for the proceeds. The fee was reasonable and not a penny more than originally quoted.
