I've purchased two BMC bikes from Lap Bikes recently and have found the service to be absolutely impeccable. From pre sales discussions, to customization/ fitting of the bikes, and even dealing with a complex warranty issue (originating from the manufacturer and outside of their control) they have been totally on it. They even lent me a set of their own wheels whilst an unfortunate recall was dealt with by DT Swiss.
