Good massage, sub-par customer service. Tim gave good massages but treated me pretty curtly when I asked him for more pressure, and balked when I told him I didn’t know if I hit my deductible on a new Kaiser plan. Loretta was friendly at times, but did not deliver great experiences other times. They forgot about my appointment and had a garage sale during my visit. She saw their dog nip my leg on the way out and she didn’t say anything. I’ll probably try somewhere else in the future.

Went for lumbar pain and was treated poorly. Craig is way impatient and wouldn’t listen to my symptoms Andy is rude. He did a pectoral massage for some reason leaving my nipples bruised. Lanz also tried to guilt me when she scheduled 3 people at the same time which is really unprofessional. I’m in pain, please treat your patients kindly.
