The little homes are the cutest thing. It's like grandma or grandpa can sit on their front porch. Staff is super friendly and cares for the residents like they are family.

Very unprofessional facility! If you have a loved one here I would consider moving them! Staff is very negligent towards residents. Extremely poor service, you’re better off looking somewhere else or taking care of your own people! Drama and chaos filled place. dietary doesn’t meet requirements! Utensils are not always clean including cups for drinking. Hygiene care is horrible and not appropriately done. Place reeks on feces and urine, signs of abuse DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

If you are looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for your loved one, look no further. Our father lived in 3 different facilities in the greater Beachwood/Solon/Chagrin Valley area, from 2021-2024. The Lantern of Chagrin Valley was his last, and was hands down, the best.
