I just left this program 10 days into treatment because going into treatment for the first time I struggled, relapsed, and had anything I brought of value stolen by a house manager. A huge case of makeup from Sephora equaling $500 all my clothes aside from 5 outfits or so that are casual. $150 iPod touch nano 4 VS Bras $50 each Nike workout clothes etc and yes I am naive to theft being a prevalent thing in rehab and that we are not protected from client theft!!! Covenant Hills has a great, faith based program with a passionate and dedicated staff. It has been refreshing to work with them. Please, don't hesitate to reach out.
In general I really loved Covenant Hills and would recommend it to others. I did not like the atmosphere at first but eventually grew to like it. I do not believe my counselor Gina was up to par for the cost of this center; I did not find her helpful and she only scheduled time with me when I requested it and the issues discussed were administrative not addictive counseling.
