Drivers apparently do not check mirrors before pulling away from a stop, sending disabled people to the floor! Then proceed to keep driving while the person's belongings slide along the floor! Ride at your own risk!!
Lanta has changed so much and not for the better, only take the bus, because I have to, buses are always late, or don't show up at all, some drivers see you running, or flagging them down, they act like they didn't see you, some drivers are nice, but others need to be trained to deal with people and Sense of direction.
The bus terminal is absolutely filthy.
The worst excuse for a public transportation system. How are we in 2026 and you can't even have actual real time information on buses. I was just told to go wait at BTC 2 at 413 for 415 guess what. Never came. Nor was on the realtime app. Thanks for wasting my time and everyone else's! YOU SUCK!!
I rarely ride the bus. Today it was unusually late. Called lanta to double check and was put on hold to check with dispatch. Was told bus was arriving on time. It never showed! Tho was stop #5211 waiting for the 105. Now I am on the wrong bus and have to transfer. This also ruined my plans for the day!
