The bus drivers all suck. There is one lady who is the sweetest and knows how to treat her passengers. The woman driving the blue line 07/18/25 around 2 pm is a you know what! Wouldn’t let me on 20 ft from the stop. Yeah great customer service lady. What goes around comes around!
The worst public transportation of my life! Careless bus drivers who don’t bother stopping for riders like they are supposed to! Routes changed all the time, customer service could care less about you possibly losing your job or being late. You need to escalate things just to get a free bus pass for your troubles. And of course people will need to continue using this excuse for public transportation. Lanta do better! Cause this is ridiculous
Among never being on time and missing stops, these recent route changes have affected a lot of bus riders. Lanta as company never thinks about its users and it shows. Everyday getting worse and worse.
