The staff was so friendly and helpful. The selection of pastries and chocolates were gorgeous and delicious. I have to say our coffee was so yummy too. If you stay at The Peabody make sure you get a treat and some coffee at The Lucky Duck.
An experience with extremely poor customer service and an unexpected souvenir. We’ve always loved visiting the Peabody and the gift shop seemed like the perfect place to browse for a little keepsake while we waited for the famous ducks to arrive.
