Good prices and they do deliver and have good customer service BEFORE the sale. After the sale, you are no longer important and become a nuisance if you need to return anything. I had to listen to them tell me what a hard time they were having getting help and had no one to do deliveries and endless griping....none of which are my problem...I sympathize with you but I only called for an update for a status on my return of an Ashley Furniture product....which I will never buy again and everyone I know will hear the poor quali... read more
I had a very frustrating experience after spending $3,500 on mattresses at your store. On delivery day, I kindly asked the delivery team if they could help move our old mattress and box spring to the garage. My husband was at work, and I was home alone with our 5- and 6-year-old children. Instead of assisting, they asked if I would be tipping them, stating that moving furniture wasn’t part of their job. They have a huge showroom and once you find what you're looking for they deliver and set up for free in a few days!!! Awesome to get service like this, most stores today want you to wait for weeks and pay a delivery charge. Love Lansing Furniture!!!
