It's worth the ferry trip to travel to Lansing Furniture! Best place around. Very friendly staff and a wide variety of furniture! Great prices too!
from start to finish Lansing Furniture was amazing. Leisha was great when i started looking for my recliner. today the chair was delivered and the guys did a great job setting it up and explaining all the details before they left. I definitely will go back to Lansing Furniture when it is time to get my new couch.
Good prices and they do deliver and have good customer service BEFORE the sale. After the sale, you are no longer important and become a nuisance if you need to return anything. I had to listen to them tell me what a hard time they were having getting help and had no one to do deliveries and endless griping....none of which are my problem...I sympathize with you but I only called for an update for a status on my return of an Ashley Furniture product....which I will never buy again and everyone I know will hear the poor quali... read more
