On October 24th while changing my address on my ID, I registered to vote. I was instructed by the Secretary of State office I would need to go to the city clerk's office to complete my registration. As soon as I left their office I immediately went to the city clerk's office at city hall. As soon as I walked the clerk's office, I was pleasantly greeted by Miss Deb. The office closed early, I was not notified, I had an appointment at 1pm, they were to remain open till 5 according to the website. I called for customer service and inquired about seeing someone for my appointment the next day, i was told no walk ins, I was concerned that there were no appointments online available for this month and was told nothing could be done to accommodate me.
