Many of the staff are young snd immature. The training they recieve needs to be much more intense..Many of the staff need to be more sensitive and understanding to the individual needs of the residents that they care for. There are at least 1 or 2 LPN's in leadership positions who carry a chip on their shoulder.

Having worked here, I can give you insight into what other reviewers dont know. Some CNA's often more than not ignore call lights, making people wait simply because they dont want to do their job or deal with that person. The nurses gossip and insult patients when they're in their "office." The kitchen is a nightmare, cross contamination, using the same set of gloves around the kitchen. I’m very impressed with all the department heads and how they serve their staff members and residents . They truly do care so much about their residents and how they are treated. All the staff have so much compassion and respect for the residents and their families.

HORRIBLE care facility. Understaffed and unsanitary on an ongoing daily basis. Nursing staff are angry and defensive when confronted with problems. Broken equipment resulted in deep wounds requiring sutures and not one apology or an I'm sorry. Alway defensive and no one takes responsibility. Lack of care from Nursing and the facility doctor resulted in a premature death of my loved one. I am still in shock! Not sure what to do yet. It is unbelievable!
