I received an audit notice about 10 days ago, and I've been calling and emailing trying to follow up on it and I haven't received any response back. Part of the reason I'm even leaving this review is because I want a record of my attempts to contact them, as I don't trust the city to not try and pull something shady.

That was the worst experience I've ever had with an over the phone question and help call, the lady who answered was so rude and dismissive and rushed me off the phone and was frustrated by my confusion by her racing through the phone call. I'd call to report but she didn't even say her name.
