That was the worst experience I've ever had with an over the phone question and help call, the lady who answered was so rude and dismissive and rushed me off the phone and was frustrated by my confusion by her racing through the phone call. I'd call to report but she didn't even say her name.
The people who work here are really friendly and super helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me clarify some things on my poverty exemption application. Many thanks 🙏
