Tony was very flexible and was willing to work with me in meeting my current needs to get my hearing aid fixed. Now, I got new hearing aids from Tony after years of use. I LOVE my new hearing aids and I can wear them all day without charging them. Sometimes I forget I am wearing them. At work, I hear everything clearly and can hear people at a distance. I would highly recommend Tony and Hear Like a 21 Year to help anyone to hear!
I was happy with my experience with Tony and Hear Like a 21 Year Old. I had problems at home hearing and at work. When I got the hearing aids I could then hear at home and at work, especially in the cafeteria. My wife is so happy that I can hear her all the time now. She gets mad when I don't have my hearing aids on. She wants to be heard. Thank you Hear Like a 21 Year Old.
This man can be very condescending. I have had hearing aids my whole life and it was very frustrating to be lectured as if I don't know what I'm doing or what I'm talking about. I understand he likely works with people who are newly hearing impaired and is used to teaching, however, after explaining that I don't need educated on how my hearing works he continued anyway. If I could give this business more stars, I would! Service prompt, super-friendly, impeccable. Tony always puts me at ease and is so patient and kind with my questions and difficulty understanding. I am so happy that I can once again participate in social life, and especially that I can hear and understand my grandchildren. I often think of my Dad, who retreated into a shell when he lost his hearing, and wish these wonderful new technologies had been available to him.
