The customer service has gone down hill. I called for some hoagies around 4p. The guy that answers said "Eh, I don't feel like making them anymore. I don't make them after 3p. Sorry bud" and hung up. Years ago this was a place that had the true small town feel. Could walk in and talk to the employees. One of the owners would talk about fishing trips while making your hoagie (at any time of day). Great place to shop for different meat and the deli team is top tier with service and variety of products.
The staff are incredibly friendly and provide great advice on cooking tips or what’s in season. It’s a fantastic place for those who value fresh, locally sourced ingredients at reasonable prices.
I was very excited to find catering for my sons’s graduation party at a reasonable price. However, I was extremely disappointed when I picked up my order on the way to the party location. The roasted potatoes and chicken fingers that I ordered were ice cold. I didn’t have time to complain at the time so I just paid and left with my items. When I called a few days later the person I spoke to told me that the website says the items are delivered as “heat and eat”. It says NOTHING on the website to that effect.
