Customer service is horrible. I asked for a call back after stating my grievances and never heard anything back. They assure me the route my son is on can be completed in an hour and it is consistently more than hour. Occasionally even up to 1.5 hrs which is an extremely long time for a 4 year old. They are not committed to doing what's in the best interest of the child rather more interested in saving money.
