I would not recommend Lannen Law based on my experience. I had an agreed upon payment and made my payments without missing any. During the middle of the process, they attempted to modify the payment arrangement. I explained that while I could pay $450 per month, I could not afford to the $500 per month they were requesting. I was then told that, in order for them to continue to representing me, I would need to pay an additional $5,000, which was double what I had to pay in order to retain her services. I had a really good experience with Lannen Law. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They kept me updated and answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them. I also really appreciated that they were willing to work with me on a payment arrangement instead of expecting everything all at once. Having a lawyer is already stressful enough, so that definitely helped take some of the pressure off. Overall, I felt like they actually cared and I would recommend them.
Brittany & Brandice are the best! They genuinely care about their clients and have been very transparent and communicative with me.
