I had a very devastating experience with there bike, I bought it for deliveries, when I took a ride everything was good but when it got delivered and I went for the first day the handle of the bike was loose despite doing it tight with the key, Also the paddles got stuck in the side frame because it was already bent when manufactured. Will upload the pictures for it.

I bought a bicycle and a malfunction appeared on the screen and the company did not repair the fault and did not compensate me after a year of correspondence. It was a good bike, but I do not recommend buying it
So happy with our scooter. This company goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. Very responsive when you have a concern. I would highly recommend purchasing a bike or scooter from them.
