I bought an e-bike from Lankeleisi about a year ago for my son who rides it's almost daily. We just had an issue, that was our fault, due to operator error. I called Mike and he said to bring it in for him to have a look at. Mike had it fixed up as good as new within a couple of hours. The bike is awesome, and the service is even better. Thanks Mike!
I have been using my Lankeleisi bike for over 3 years and their support is top notch literally response within minutes. Helped me find parts and I ordered charger from them before. Highly recommend them. Mike's support is great.
I had a very devastating experience with there bike, I bought it for deliveries, when I took a ride everything was good but when it got delivered and I went for the first day the handle of the bike was loose despite doing it tight with the key, Also the paddles got stuck in the side frame because it was already bent when manufactured. Will upload the pictures for it.
