Great customer service. Answer all our questions with transparency. The guy who assist us was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
We dropped in to check out their inventory. Mike assisted us. Friendly service. We test-drove some e-bikes, but were undecided. Prices are not too bad.
I bought an e-bike from Lankeleisi about a year ago for my son who rides it's almost daily. We just had an issue, that was our fault, due to operator error. I called Mike and he said to bring it in for him to have a look at. Mike had it fixed up as good as new within a couple of hours. The bike is awesome, and the service is even better. Thanks Mike!
