We were lied to about the level of care this place could provide for our mom. Initially they seemingly did a good job but as her health declined so did the staff and overall experience. Numerous issues over the years. Missing personal items, failing scores with the health department regarding food services and staff turnover is ridiculous. The food is inedible, they required a COVID test and a TB test before I could move in, and when I got here I was told I was on quarantine and would not be able to leave my room for 2 weeks even with a mask on. this morning at 5:00 AM one of the staff came in to empty the trash and woke me up and I asked her why she was doing that, and she got mad and told me that since I didn't want her coming in at 5:00 AM then she wouldn't come and I would have to empty my trash myself.
