I only gave the Lanier Law firm one star because there was not an option to give her zero or negative stars. I am actually surprised they are still in business. I did not receive a HUD until the closing and the HUD was off by over \$5,000. I was then informed a month later that there was an additional \$6,000 missing from the HUD. After working with the Lanier law firm for my house closing, it is obvious to me that Jacqui will perform the bare minimum amount of work in order to sell a title insurance policy, and nothing more. Communication was almost non-existent, and getting in touch with Jacqui was near impossible. Any time I spoke with their staff, it was as if I was bothering them. I was not given a copy of any of the documents they found and compiled as a result of my title search work (including title commitment). I had to ask them to give me ea... read more
