I spoke with Nikki Allen today regarding a savings account and auto loan, this is not her area and she went above and beyond helping me! I truly cannot thank her enough!! She was so sweet, patient, and thorough. Please give her some recognition!

Just wanted to start off by saying this branch has hands down been my absolute favorite! Manuela, AnaKaren, and Nikki have helped me so much and make it super easy to understand any questions I’ve had! I 1000% recommend LFCU here in Jefferson! Helped me save money as well!
I can't imagine anyone trying harder than the ladies who operate this branch. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned if there are any issues. The services provided are tremendous, such as free cashier's checks for members, actual people answering the phone, etc. This is how it should be. THANK YOU!
