I’ve been to this location a couple times now since having issues with the location in Oakwood every time I have been to this location, though they have been very friendly, very courteous and always took care of my problems as quickly as they could within a very small matter of time I have had a significantly better experience here than at the one located in Oakwood and would highly recommend anyone use this credit union.
I had an excellent experience at Lanier Federal getting a HELOC for a roof replacement. I was under a serious time crunch and the loan officer, Thomas Turner, was able to get a quick turnaround on the loan. Thank you so much to Thomas and Lanier Federal. I had a credit card a checking account and a savings account with my husband and we’re getting a divorce after 48 years.
