Lani helped me make a pretty big emotional breakthrough. I absolutely loved working with Lani. Not only did I feel absolutely comfortable talking to her and working with her, but I felt that she was able to verbalize and interpret my feelings in a way that made it all “click” for me. She is very intuitive, a lovely human being inside & out, and I am truly grateful that I found her to help me with my hair pulling compulsion. I really have confidence that Lani’s talents could help anyone that crosses her path.
I contacted Lani a year ago because I wanted to lose weight. She is easy to talk to and as we talked, what I really wanted was to quiet the noise in my head. "What can I eat?" "I will eat this then stop." "I want chocolate," "Why can't I stop eating junk?" That's what we worked on. Now, my mind is calm, and I've lost weight. I still get those noises once in a while, but they go away much quicker.
