They are a SCAM! They literally scammed me. Do not i meqn do not submit your work to them. They are a complete scam. My next step is to report them to all the agencies they supposedly associated with. They offered me editing.. which i agreed to.. and then they went blank. Won't even respond to me.

So I understand the literary world is pretty rough, but I was thrilled when I was asked to send my entire manuscript for approval. I waited....waited....waited... and then I started calling. When I did get someone, I was told that my work was 'misplaced' and asked to send it again and they would read it, resent it and waited.....waited....waited...and then after almost a year I was told she was too swamped to consider any new clients. I followed her advice and hired an editor to go through the manuscript, only to return it to her and get the exact same letter, asking me to send the manuscript to an editor. Both times, she offered her own in-house editor. They’re just selling author services. Run. Don’t walk.
