LTC home
This company has basically turned into a clique for certain people. Don’t let them waste your time or belittle you. I applied for a minimum-wage job, and the manager with a heavy accent and just a college diploma told me my English wasn’t good enough for the role! Meanwhile, I had just finished my Bachelor of Science with honors and had been living in Canada since high school. They even made me wait 45 minutes for the interview. Total waste of time and effort!
Have been calling for over 2 months to request a tour. Reception either takes my name and number and no one returns my request. Or reception forwards my call to a phone that continues to beep with no answer. Horrible horrible service. Seems like they dont care or dont want anymore residents. Pathetic. If i could zero stars i would.
HIGHLY encourage any other LTC home in the area - terrible customer service and treatment of family *1 star is only for the wonderful nurses, but this is not somewhere you want your loved one
