Seems very mixed service depending who's in - some of them are friendly, whilst others are snooty and unhelpful, especially if you have a cheap bike.

If I have a bike problem, I to Langsetts where I know I will be well served by excellent people.
I’ve just picked my road bike up after a geat service, my bike now changes gears better than when it arrived from the company. The service was brilliant! I received a text to tell me my bike was ready and the mechanic (sorry I can’t remember his name) clearly explained what work was carried out, and detailed the rattling noise he’d cleared. The price was also super low. He even offered to discuss replacement bikes when I wanted to change. Amazing service! Thank you.
