I have been a customer of this gas station/convenience store for many years, as we live only a few minutes away. As is typical, I purchased a LP tank for our gas grill from Lang's and, as usual, did not keep my receipt. The knob on top of the tank is seized and won't open. I brought it back to the store to ask for a replacement. The attendant couldn't open the knob, either, but refused to make a replacement without a receipt -- even though the tank is full.
