We are truly grateful for our experience with Langley Seniors Village. From our very first interaction with Micheal Amirani to the day our mom moved in, the entire process has been smooth. She has been living there for a year now. The team at the Village is professional, compassionate and dedicated to their roles. The care they provide gives our entire family peace of mind, knowing our mom is not only safe but genuinely cared for. Thank you!
About 6 months ago, the previous mangager, Tania, left and since then, this place has turned into a complete chaos. Very disappointing.
Just attended a lovely “High Tea” and the room was filled with the happiest seniors and the tea and treats were so yummy! I had such a nice time!
Sadly, this review needs to be written on this website. Had the most negative experience as a Uber driver, picking up and dropping off Pinky a staff member that works here. No greeting when getting in my car, she slammed my car door shut. I was thinking of canceling the ride but thought maybe she didn't hear me, she was wearing large ear phones. My father was living alone and moved into Langley Senior Village recently. He was depressed living alone (though he wouldn’t admit it at times) terrified of change, and wasn’t certain senior living was right for him. He transitioned incredibly smoothly!!! He loves his suite, social interaction with the staff and residents, all the fun activities, live music, and the food. He’s is so much happier!!! There were a few hiccups during the move in, but the staff were so helpful and did everything they could to get things sorted.
