Terrible experience. My dad lost his keys and we tried calling all day—no answer. I went through every phone option and left multiple messages. This was today no one got back to us even tho it was an emergency. Has anyone else dealt with them not answering the phone? It’s unacceptable to treat elderly people this way. The lack of support and communication is shocking. I asked to speak to a manager im waiting for a reply. They’re bringing up charges from a year ago—why only now? U guys suck Get rid of the bugs and FIX THE ELEVATOR NO MATTER THE COST ITS ALL OVER THE NEWS U TAKE $ FROM OLD PEOPLE AND SCAM THEM THEY ARE NOT SAFE U NEED TO GIVE THEM FREE RENT AND CALL PEST CONTROL AND HAVE WHOLE BUILDING DONE GLOBAL NEW HAS SHOWED HOW BAD U OPERATE
I've been in The Cedar as a member of one of the Supportive Housing programs LLHS hosts for 2 years and counting and so far it's the best managed place I've lived in 32 years. Any issues I've had that were brought to the attention of management have been resolved promptly and professionally. Good luck with your application!
Every city needs it's slum and this place is it in spades.Cockroach bedbug infestations and overrun with mice.Elevators always broken it's cheap and that's it stay away.
