I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this furniture store and honestly wouldn’t even give 1 star if there were an option for zero. I purchased a 5-seater sofa in June 2025 for $1118, expecting decent quality and service. Unfortunately, within a short time, the sofa developed serious issues — the springs started coming out and even got stuck in the pull-out bed mechanism, making it unusable and unsafe. I had purchased a couch on May 31, 2025. By January 2026, a spring had snapped and damaged the pull-out section. I immediately contacted the store, provided my receipt and photos, and was told someone would come assess it under manufacture warranty. After weeks of follow-ups, missed appointments, unanswered messages, and conflicting information about warranty coverage (which was never provided in writing), we went to the store in person.
