Great customer service and always easy to work with at the hilltop branch.
This is the worst credit union that I have ever been a member of and they never have a functioning ATM at their Hilltop location. One time the ATM took my money for a deposit and did not give me a receipt. They often have no cash and they have fees if you try to use your card anywhere else. They use third party vendors and it shows. A really bad financial institution. Worthless.
These people truly care about your success. Every single individual that works at the First Colonial location is honestly and deeply invested in your success in life! Make sure you go see them!
