I had a pleasant visit, setting up a new account. Very professional and cordial employees. I give thumbs up to Stephanie.
I went in for a somewhat complicated auto loan. I was helped by Stephanie Hall, and “incredible” would be an understatement. She was so welcoming kind, knowledgeable, and a fashion queen. From beginning to end, she was transparent and knew the processes front to back. We laughed, I’m sure I cried, and she got it all done in the meantime. I Would highly suggest visiting this branch for your needs, and if you happen to be assisted by Ms. Hall, you can be assured you have the best of the best.
Ella was very pleasant, extremely helpful and was able to resolve my issue. She definitely deserves a raise!
