Great customer service today at the Virginia Beach beanch today 31 January 2026. All my questions and concerns were addressed to the point. No delays or rejection. I was treated with upmost respect and warm reception all through the visit. The best service advisor by Stephanie Hall.
I have had my fair share with banks over the years, then there is this branch, and wow they changed my perception of how a bank should be ran. Hilary, went up and beyond to get my paper work processed and my new membership taken care of. If you are on the fence about joining up go to this branch and they will change they way you think. I applied for an auto loan with this bank. The loan was never approved, which is fine. What’s not fine is how it was handled. The bank canceled the application without notifying me. No call, no email, no status update. I only found out after following up myself. After that, they had the nerve to ask to pull my credit report again, despite the fact that the application had already been canceled on their end.
