Had to go there for estate business on two separate occasions and we were helped by very professional staff members.
Worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. took out my rent on the 1st brought my balance to 0 didn’t have a chance to transfer money from Wells Fargo before I got home and got hit with a 5$ subscription charge then another Small subscription charge instantly transferred money to cover the charges, the next day I wake up to -72$ in over draft fees, it’s a few weeks before Christmas and rent was due and still couldn’t wave the fees while the charges were on my account for not even 5 minutes I will make sure everybody ... read more

Recently went into to complete an auto loan transaction that required a departure from the physical store and return which was communicated with the loan officer. Upon my arrival I was met by a rude loan officer that alienated my concerns, was extremely rude. He not bother to check with any colleague regarding my situation. He also shut the door in my face. This was a short white gentlemen with dark hair who is a loan officer at this location. I would never in my life do business with this gentleman
Nothing to really note. Always receive service with a smile, never any issues. And after the horrid experiences I've had recently with my account at Truist across the street, I'm probably going to start using my Langley account more.
