First time there. Wanted to open acct in person instead of online. Enjoyable experience .
I had a crisis with my acts, to say I was hysterical is putting is mildly. The manager calmly had me in her office and helped figure out the issue and give me a new debt card. She was my hero, I work hard for my money and I cant afford for anyone to steal it, thank you to the whole branch for their kindness during my crisi💗
The customer service is awesome, and they deliver so much services on getting you credit score up, I love them
Security and Privacy should be one of Langleys top concerns! With employees working there accessing accounts that don’t belong to them and nothing being done, it seems like a very scary place to bank!
Very sweet, never had any issues here! Always quick. I highly recommend this bank to anyone honestly. I have almost every single account with them (auto,checking,cc). The 1800 number is amazing. I’ve been a customer for years and never had poor service.
