Pamela was very nice working with Daisy made me feel very comfortable and welcomed to be apart of the Langley federal family.
Ms. Taylor Jones was absolutely amazing!!!! I was in and out of there is such a short time and I enjoyed every bit of it!! She was so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied when I left. 10/10 ❤️
I hate the design
I dread coming here! Today I waited 20 minutes just to make a withdrawal. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Y’all have to do better.
The worst service ever...foreign bank teller too busy worrying about why my job doesn’t do direct deposit to her me say I want to deposit my check so she insists I accept cash...then when I begin explaining that I didn’t want cash to begin with the manager decides to chime in...Dear manager teach your foreign customers to listen twice as much as they speak so that they may hear what the customer wants to do with the customers money.
