Dealing with this attorneys office, which represents my business partner has been a very difficult experience. They use scare tactics to get you to sign documents with untrue statements and threatening eviction if you don’t comply, where you have given them proof they are untrue. Using scare tactics to force someone into signing a document that is untrue, is generally considered unethical and potentially illegal for an attorney.
