Title: Records handled like a lawsuit, not like a patient’s life I returned my HIPAA authorization on 8/02/25. Logs show a 7/18/25 transfer (by Karson Massie) and 8/05/25 vendor activity. On 8/14/25 I was told they did not have my records. What I received was a non-certified, truncated dump created weeks earlier—explicitly non-certified. No attorney would work from that. Dealing with this attorneys office, which represents my business partner has been a very difficult experience. They use scare tactics to get you to sign documents with untrue statements and threatening eviction if you don’t comply, where you have given them proof they are untrue. Using scare tactics to force someone into signing a document that is untrue, is generally considered unethical and potentially illegal for an attorney.
