There appears to be a lot of learning opportunities about how to become a decent and humble person in your future. Life isn't all about you. I guarantee that the jury found your arrogance and general obnoxiousness offputting and was undoubtedly damaging to your client's case. I believe the jury got it right, but asides from day 1 of the KR trial, I think Ramos was the only competent attorney in that defense team, he showed he is a much better lawyer than his 2 female colleagues, he learned from his mistake on day 1, and he made excellent points on cross without trying to misled the jury with false evidence. I hope that moving forward, he can pair with attorneys that do not misstate, misrepresent or introduce false evidence through their bad faith questions, the way Lewis & Nester tried this case ... read more

He’s very condescending and comes across like he feels he’s better than the people on the witness stand. He’s not. He’s just rude and obnoxious. I hope you see the thousands of negative comments on the court tv live stream and adjust. There’s no need for it! You can defend your client without making people feel small and less than human.

If I were on the jury I think my first impression would be he genuinely cares about the case and is passionate about it.Time will tell.
