Do not do any business with this company. I honestly don’t understand how they are still able to survive in this market. When I entered the warehouse, there was an older man with glasses at the entrance. I simply went in to ask about prices and look at the products. We were interested in purchasing a larger quantity and wanted to discuss pricing. Instead, he was extremely rude and directly asked us to leave, saying that we were wasting his time. Old guy over here is very rude.
I've been buying my stringer pallets from them for two years now. I sent an email out that I needed pallets, just before heading out the door last night. I received immediate responses from the staff, working hard to organize my order. I woke up to find out my 50 pallets would be here by 9:00 am today. Extremely responsive customer service! Rock bottom prices! Seriously, I'd bet my paycheck that you can't find a better price for that quality, response, and service! Thanks again Lange!
