I initiated a case, asking at the outset about conflict of interest; time was of the essence. I was assured there was no conflict only to be told 3 weeks in, at the time of court filing that there was a conflict of interest. I was told via e-mail; not even the courtesy of a phone call. I had to start over looking for new representation etc. The upside is that, after much research, I realized that there was another legal option for my case that would expedite the outcome.
Rude on phone and refused to help anyway.
My husband and I have been absolutely blown away with the fast, professional assistance from the attorney who is helping my dad. Her name is Amber Lange. She has been so very helpful with guiding us through a difficult family situation. She got to quickly know all the operative relatives in a family problem and has worked faithfully and delicately for my father. I could not be more thankful for her support and guidance. Cuba is very fortunate to have such fantastic legal help.
